Vaccine timelines: from concept to rollout
The abridged version
Whilst there is continuing debate surrounding the efficacy of the Covid jab, our corrupt Government are still urging People to roll up their sleeves for it.
However, I want to step back from this rhetoric and focus instead on the accepted timeline for bringing a new vaccine to market so that you, the reader, can draw your own conclusions.
When a new pathogen emerges, or a long-standing disease finally yields a biological target, the question people ask is: how long until there is a vaccine? The honest answer is typically 10 to 15 years, costing upwards of $1 billion which hides a remarkable journey of science, statistics, ethics, and institutional patience.
Vaccine development is one of the most structured endeavours in all of medicine. Each stage is governed by regulatory frameworks designed not to slow science down, but to protect the humans who ultimately receive the product. Understanding this pipeline matters, for clinicians, policymakers, journalists, and anyone who has ever wondered why vaccines take so long to arrive.
This is the abridged version, with a much more detailed version to follow in due course.
The Full Timeline at a Glance
Years 1 – 6 Exploratory & Preclinical
Target identification, antigen selection, platform choice, in vitro and in vivo testing, IND/CTA submission.
Years 4 – 8 Phase I
First-in-human safety, dose escalation, initial immunogenicity signals. 20–100 participants.
Years 6 – 11 Phase II / IIb
Expanded safety, schedule optimisation, subgroup immunogenicity, preliminary efficacy signals. 100–1,000+ participants.
Years 8 – 17 Phase III
Pivotal efficacy and large-scale safety. Pre-specified endpoints, DSMB oversight, statistical power. 10,000–80,000+ participants.
Years 14 – 19 Regulatory Review & Approval
BLA/MAA submission, CBER/CHMP review, manufacturing inspection, labelling negotiation, lot release.
Year 15+ (Ongoing) Phase IV & Post-Market Surveillance
Real-world effectiveness, rare adverse events, long-term immunity, post-market commitments.

Here is an independent graphic for comparative purposes.
Given all of the above, we are expected to believe, the Covid jab went through all the necessary R&D hoops and testing protocols, all within 9 months!
This timeline graphic is compelling.
Even if, and it’s a big if, we accept the urgency of the situation and the fact the jab was developed and brought to market under EUA regulations, this still raises three very disturbing questions:
Firstly, to compress the timelines to such an extent, were corners cut and the full data unknown when it was foisted upon the People?
Secondly, if they already had the jab developed beforehand which would explain the 9 month timeframe that we saw, does it mean Covid was deliberately released in order to facilitate the rollout?
Lastly, does it mean those who accepted the jab back in 2021, are unwitting Phase III trial participants in flagrant breach of the Nuremberg Code?
Whatever the answer, it casts a very sinister shadow.
As I said at the outset, I’ll leave you all to draw your own conclusions.
