Happy New Year Everyone
Welcome to 2026 - A little turbulence ahead?
I trust everyone had an enjoyable break with family and friends and are ready to embrace the new year with renewed vigour and purpose.
Whilst I am forever the optimist, I do see some turbulence ahead which will require careful navigation before calmness returns once more.
Why do I say this?
Well, our corrupt Government seems unwilling to address the rising crime stats or the growing unrest among its populace over a number of issues, preferring instead to focus time and energy on more surveillance and censorship.
They also appear to be manoeuvring to undermine the Brexit vote and to hook us up once more to the failing EU trading bloc, who, together with NATO and the UN are seemingly hellbent on going to war with Russia. Irrespective of your politics, this will be a real test of our resolve this year.
So why do I raise these issues in a health-focused substack?
We saw from the Covid debacle how the mandated measures - since proven to be of no real value - impacted People’s mental health and what I see on the horizon will be on a par with this.
However, please do not despair.
In order to provide some balance, I am of the opinion that despite their best efforts, the Globalists will fail in their attempts to bring us into their 1984-style dystopian future.

However, my one major tip would be to switch off the TV News channels and stop listening to what the legacy media says. Sadly they have morphed into propaganda outlets rather than news organisations. Investigative journalism died with Covid so this space is now occupied by Citizen-journalists and others who have retained their moral-compass and who, by and large have no hidden agendas.
